One of the pivot screws has broken off and requires a replacement. This part pivots the awning up and down once its been extended out.

Hi, We had a vent (see photo) that was pulled out to clean and in doing there was considerable damage to the surrounding wall. Looks like a combination of poor installation and . . time. Friend though he could plaster it up and it would be 'no problem' but things didn't go to plan. It's just plain worse now. The vent has a width of 250 mm and the clip on brackets fit a 235 mm hole. The hole was around 235. Looking for someone who can fix what needed to be done and what was subsequently done. Whether that is installing a replacement or working with this existing one.
