I need four PVC trim pieces replaced around the deck at the back of my house. These are the edge trims on two PVC sheets (each sheet has two trim pieces). Each piece is about 2 meters long. The original trim fell out from the guardrail and can’t be refitted — replacement is likely needed. Material is exterior-grade PVC. Please bring fasteners and any necessary tools. Photos available. Our walk-in robe had water damage to the carpet and was removed, and we are about to get a new piece of carpet to replace this section. The carpet won't be a perfect match to where it meets the carpet in the main bedroom (after 30 years they don't make the original and even if they did the difference between old and new would be stark) but this is just a temporary fix until we decide what to do with all the flooring in the townhouse. Size of the WIR is 203 cm (approx) by 170cm (approx) Pics include the existing carpet in the bedroom and the point where our new piece would meet.

Need the section of carpet in upstairs walk-in robe between bedroom and bathroom removed. Carpet has been wet at some stage but no longer. In addition to removing (and disposing of carpet) remnants of underlay and tacking strips need to be removed as well as. Essentially, we would like it prepped to the stage where we can decide to put down hybrid flooring or start over with carpet again. Carpet section is around 2m x 1.8m so roughly 4 m2. If someone has experience with laying hybrid that would be a bonus as they would know what the floor needs to be like if we chose that option.
