Find an experienced flooring expert in Mount Gravatt East

Floating Hybrid floor board needs replacing. The board originally lifted at the lip over time and then was recently chipped by a vacuum. Will need it to be removed and replaced. I have 4 spare floor boards. It isn't very close to a wall so was thinking of the alternative: removing one of the edge tongues of the new board then glueing it down (if possible). Thanks

Carpet and underlay about 100sqm from 5 bedrooms and 1 living room. Preferably done Tuesday 9th later afternoon or evening. Disposal as well. Carpet is in clean good condition. Has been shampooed already so not filthy. Just needs to be gone.

We are looking to lay a new 8mm Hybrid Floor throughout a low set house. This will consist of 3 bedrooms and 2 living areas + kitchen. The total area is approximately 85M2. I was going to do this myself however realise the value in having someone who knows what they are doing assist for the first day and then hopefully I can take over from there. I will be helping and learning on the first day. The sub-floor is tiles and existing timber floor and appears to be relatively flat and in good condition. We will be going up to the existing skirting boards and then adding a quarter round or scotia afterwards. The flooring is due to arrive on the fourth or fifth (awaiting confirmation of this) so would like to get started on the 5th if possible. I will have a jigsaw, multi-tool, spacers and any other equipment required for the install. Happy to be provided a rate for labour and anything else you can think of. Initially hoping for one full day - but for the right price this could extend to two. Initial budged listed is for 1 day only to start with. - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 5 January 2024

We've just had a our floors sanded and re-done and I have a gap under the skirts which I'd like siliconed for aesthetics. I'm happy to supply materials. Need someone who really knows how to silicone - is experienced and has a steady hand. - Due date: Before Friday, 17 November 2023
