Find an experienced flooring expert in Taigum

I have 2 areas needing transition strips from carpet to tile - both are around 80cm (door width sized). I am chasing a brushed gold aluminium transition strip, can’t seem to find these anywhere - it would be ideal if you could supply and I’ll pay extra for the part, otherwise I can do a bit more legwork to try and find one if you’re only able to provide the labour to install First picture is the job, second picture is a rough idea of the part I’m looking for, third picture is the exact trim colour I’m looking to match

In need of a timber deck to be built. Approx 1m by 5m. Decking will be around the air conditioner vent. Currently a wasted space of dirt. Wanting outdoor timber, prefer timber to look like dark oak or something that can be stained to dark oak look

I’d like a small deck built, I’d like it too be raised so there is no step going out this door. Measurements approx 1m x 2m

Need to remove the iron and coffee mark

Requiring a few skirting boards to be either replaced or fixed/patched, and painted. (Damage is result of puppy biting them)

Needing a few skirting board replacements and then prime and paint after completion

I will provide the vinyl planks

There are 2 rooms, 2 stair cases and 1 landing area that need to be carpeted with carpet we provide. One room is 4x3m and the main room is 3.8x3.5m - approx 50m2 all up. We will have removed the old carpets ourselves and have the underlay prepped.

We’re changing to a hybrid floor. If someone can cut a 10mm hybrid floor perfect.

Carpet Clean one bedroom and living room plus one recliner. Pest control small ground floor unit.

Moving furniture out of 3 bedrooms for replacement flooring to be installed

Pet has chewed through section of upstairs carpet. We have a fairly decent sized piece of replacement carpet so hoping this will suffice, but please refer to images. This area of our carpet has been replaced before. Located Taigum 4018 and free at most times for job completion. Thanks!

Repair carpet in staircases..

Approx 40sqm of hybrid flooring to be laid over tiles. All ground floor, will use the floorselect brand from Bunnings similar to the product in the screenshot attached (unless installer has other recommendations). The total area to be covered with concrete is 2400mm X 2200 mm = 5.28 SQM. Mum's bedroom (the main bedroom) has carpet but opens onto a tiled hallway. The edging was never finished properly with a carpet transition strip. The cats have scratched up the carpet edge so it is now a trip hazard. Mum is 78 and on a walker, so it needs to be fixed. It's a small job, but essential for Mum's safety.
