Hi there, We are looking for an experienced installer to install laminate flooring in our home. Project details: Approximately 70m² including the living room, dining area, kitchen and laundry (bedrooms are not included). The existing floor is level ceramic tiles in good condition, and we would like the laminate installed directly over the tiles. 15 stairs, currently covered with carpet, also need to be finished with laminate. We will purchase all materials ourselves (laminate, underlay, trims, etc.), but we'd appreciate any recommendations on the best products for our project. We will move all furniture before installation, so no furniture moving is required. We are flexible with the installation date, but our preferred timeframe is mid-August. Annual clean and paint spotted gum deck. It’s only 2yr old - has been coated in water based decking Cabot’s Aquadeck. Clean of mould and dirt etc, 2 coats to de k area and timber step treads. Needs to be completed before end of next week It’s all one one level and part of one zone. We will remove all furniture ready.

Half the carpet in the room was lifted for drying after getting wet. There is a bit of water staining so cleaning is required. Area to be reattached is approx 25 m2, total carpet is approx 60 m2
