Hi folks, Have a small powder room area that requires the hardwood floors to be sanded. Area is approx 2.5x1.0m. Old cork/masonite/vinyl sheeting has generally been removed - I just have to remove some of the old staples and nails. Part of the floor has remnants of vinyl adhesive as seen in the photo (has been checked for asbestos with negative result). Most comes off ok with a scraper so hopefully sander will make light work of any remains. Reasonably flexible on dates. I'll finish removing nails, staples and majority of vinyl adhesive this weeked (1-2 Oct) so will need to be after then. - Due date: Flexible

Hi guys, we need wooden floor in one bedroom to be restored to its original glory. It used to be under carpet so it probably needs some sanding and polish and TLC. The room is ~ 16 m2.
