Hi, We need a door knob to be fixed in our bathroom door.

I have a cables gym machine. It has been assembled but I can’t figure out all the cables bits.

Front entry door: * Remove the existing door knob. * Install the supplied matte-black passage lever handle. * Install the supplied smart Wi-Fi digital deadbolt above the handle. * Prepare or drill the door and frame for the deadbolt as required. * Fit and align the latch and strike plates. * Program and test the deadbolt, including keypad, key override and Wi-Fi/app connection. * Ensure the door opens, closes and locks smoothly without rubbing or interference. The supplied lever is intentionally a non-locking passage handle because the digital deadbolt will provide the lock. Front security-screen door: * Replace or repair the existing door closer. * Adjust the door so it self-closes smoothly without slamming. * Ensure it aligns and latches cleanly every time. Sliding doors: * Rear security-screen sliding door: inspect and repair or replace the rollers. * Rear glass sliding door: inspect and repair or replace the rollers. * Front glass sliding door: inspect and repair or replace the rollers. * Clean and adjust the tracks where required. * Ensure all three doors slide smoothly, remain aligned and latch securely. The front-door lever and digital deadbolt are already supplied and are shown in the photos. Please confirm: * You have experience installing smart deadbolts and repairing sliding-door rollers. * Whether your offer includes supplying the replacement screen-door closer and roller parts. * Any parts that need to be charged separately. * Your earliest availability. Any additional parts or work must be discussed and approved before proceeding. Please bring the necessary tools and provide completion photos.

I'm looking for someone to demolish and remove two old garden sheds at my property in Banora Point, NSW. The sheds are in poor condition and are being removed. Everything can be demolished—there is no need to salvage any materials. Scope of works: Empty any remaining contents into the onsite skip bin. Demolish both timber sheds. Cut up larger sections if required. Load all demolition waste into the skip bin. Leave the area clean and tidy once complete. The sheds contain a mixture of old shelving, timber, plastic storage crates and general rubbish (see photos). Everything is to be disposed of unless I advise otherwise on the day.

Need kickboard and spacers cut for cabinet install. I have the MDF at the correct lengths and depth (18mm). It needs to be cut for the correct widths. The MDF has already been 2pac poly painted. Cut 1: 40mm (length at 884mm) Cut 2: 16mm (length at 884mm) Cut 3: 84mm (length at 1199mm) Cut 4: 84mm (length at 1199mm) Cut 1 & 2 from a single piece of MDF (width: 140mm) . Cut 3 & 4 from separate pieces of MDF.l (width: 120mm) Need carpenter or cabinet maker with a table saw or track saw at workshop to make straight, clean cuts to also keep paintwork in tact. Looking for someone local to Banora Point where I can drop and pickup the MDF. You can also pickup and drop off if you would like.
