Kitchen "soft close" drawer not closing properly. Drawer won't go in the whole way (see photo). May need new parts? Second drawer is closing, but making a strange sound when it closes. May need adjusting or replacing as well? Drawers seem to be screwed in to fixtures.They don't seem to lift up and out easily. Looking for someone to help with the fix. Thanks
