To whom it may concern, I'm seeking a carpenter to offer an estimate for the restoration or replacement of a few wooden boards in the living room ceiling. This is a single storey house with high roof cavity for easy access if required. These boards had sustained water damage and warped during a roof restoration. The two boards are roughly 4 metres in length. This work will be claimed under insurance with an estimated budget around $2600. Many Thanks, Jim - Due date: Flexible
