Looking for a handyman or carpenter to repair a small section of timber eave. There is minor wood rot and cracking at the end of the beam (see photos). Likely requires cutting out the damaged section, patching or partial replacement, and repainting. Paint and ladder is already supplied . please also check on site there was a repair job done 9 months ago with spare materials on site. Please quote labour and material separately.
