Your first install will be alongside one of our experienced installers. If it's a good fit, we'll keep booking you for jobs in your area. You'll need your own tools, transport and solid carpentry or handyman experience. Pairs are a big plus. In your offer, tell us your experience, your area, and whether you're solo or a pair.

The window sill has been damaged by water and is rotted. Repair / replacement is required before shutters can be ordered. Window size is 1.8m tall by 1.5m wide. Pink in photo 2 indicates what we think needs to be replaced / repaired.

I’ve recently had a panel lift/sectional garage door retrofitted to my garage in Carindale. Because the garage wasn’t originally set up for this type of door, there weren’t suitable fixing points in the ceiling where the installer needed to attach the overhead tracks/brackets. The garage door company is coming back to rectify the installation, but before they return I’d like suitable structural fixing points installed above the ceiling. There is good access to the roof/ceiling space via a manhole, with plenty of room to work. I’m looking for an experienced carpenter/framer who can assess the existing roof/ceiling framing and install appropriate timber blocking/noggins or other suitable structural framing at the required locations, so the garage door installer has solid fixing points for their brackets. I can provide photos and indicate where the garage door brackets/fixing points need to be located. Location: Carindale, QLD Timing: Ideally completed before the garage door company returns. Need to replace a door that has water damage. The bottom bit connected to the deck also needs to be repaired as I don't know what bits have rotted. The door needs a ledge on top (or an alternate fix) to stop rain water from being collected at the foot of the door. Will pay for materials ( such as door) seperatedly. Thanks
