Location: The Gap Toilet roll holder x 1 install on tiled finished wall. 3 holes required for fixed base. Back plate connects as per usual with grub screw.

Painting three sets of sash window frames two coats of primer. One set has been painted one coat so far. I don’t want the windows painted shut, so only some with experience.

The balustrade bracket is busted between the top railing and the main post. It is a steel post. I will attach a picture of one bracket that is in tact and a photo of the one that is broken.

The door to our shower area has fallen off from support. The door itself is not damaged but the support needs to be repaired or replaced.

Three towell rails are to be installed in walls in our bathrooms. They are Phoenix Vivid Slimline Towel Rails. Instructions and all parts are included in the box. The two bathroom walls are tiled, and we are concerned about cracking the tiles. We're looking for someone experienced in drilling into bathroom tiles, with the relevant equipment and drill bits for this job. A third small towel rail is to be installed on a plasterboard wall. Photos of rails and locations for installation are attached. Our house is in The Gap. Mondays and Fridays are the best days for us for work to be carried out.

We have had a crack in the base of our shower that we didn't realise was leaking. This has been fixed. However, there is some water damage to the walls behind the shower. This has affected the door frame and skirting boards. I would appreciate help in getting this repaired.

Broken slates need to be replaced. Donor slats can be taken from other blind. Need to specialise in blind repair and have tools and parts to replace/fix broken plugs, string etc. Can provide more photos and details for precise quote.

Need 2 closable doors installed on bed head

Build an easy shed that is 6x2.25m Base is part concrete slab and part raised platform. Across both bases are relatively level.

Ive got 2 fixed 10mm glass panels and was seeing if i could add a hinge door in the middle of them if possible. The opening is 430mm. Im not sure of budget so i will just put $500 in......?

Need a repair for a jammed internal cavity sliding (pocket) door from the walk in wardrobe to the ensuite. The door slides into the wall between the shower and wardrobe and it is difficult to access the tracks. Looking for someone experienced with repairing these type of doors.

We would like the silicone around our kitchen sink replaced.

Looking to have a number of small jobs completed including: - fix hanging/loose door handle on garage internal door - fix lock on master bedroom door (it presses in but doesn’t prevent opening from the other side) - replace silicone underneath cooktop - replace silicone around sink - bolt has sheared off on toilet seat in children’s bathroom. Remove the parts of the bolt left in toilet base/seat and replace. BYO tools and silicone. I do have some replacement toilet bolts (pics attached). If the bolts are there wrong ones or the door handles need to be replaced, I’m 5 minutes from Bunnings so can go and buy while other jobs are completed or increase job value for this to be included,

Need 6 x bedroom/bathroom door handles replaced with lockable ones, remove washing machine (works just needs a clean), take a few things to the tip and help move a bed from downstairs to upstairs and fix two sliding doors not opening smoothly might just need a clean or lubricant etc

Basic spotlight blockout blinds supplied. 7x installation across 5 different rooms. Some precious nails and holds will need removing from the windowsills before install.
