The wall has multiple holes, chips, and areas where the plasterboard surface has been damaged (see photos). Some holes are up to ~40–50mm wide, and there are a few larger broken sections near the door jamb that will need proper patching. Scope of works: Cut out and patch damaged plasterboard where required Re-sheet small sections if needed Set, tape, and skim coat Sand smooth Leave wall ready for painting (painting not required) Must be flush and smooth finish

Our windows leak water into the tracks whenever it rains. We want to find a sealing solution to this problem. We have up to 10 window frames that need sealing but might not need to fix all of them, as only some of them are the main problem, particularly on the back face of our house.
