Hi, I’m looking for someone experienced with timber maintenance to clean, prep and re-oil the timber fencing at my mum’s house. The fence is a horizontal timber slat style and runs around a fairly large section of the property. Some sections still have decent colour, while others have faded and greyed from weather exposure. The job would involve: * Cleaning and preparing the timber before oiling * Light sanding where required * Applying exterior timber/decking oil evenly * Applying the appropriate number of coats for a good finish * Taking care around the driveway, grass, letterbox and surrounding areas * Re-oiling all accessible fencing shown in the attached photos We are happy to provide the oil and any required materials, and would appreciate your recommendation on the best product and colour to use to restore it close to its original darker timber appearance. Ideally looking for someone who has experience restoring or oiling outdoor timber fencing and can advise on the best preparation process as well. Photos are attached showing the current condition and approximate amount of fencing. Happy for you to come out and inspect/measure the fence beforehand if needed. Thanks!
