As a result we need 2x new awning timber windows to be built in the openings. Only the sill is remaining, so will need the sash, top and side trims and hinges for both windows. The rough openings will be as follows: Window 1: 1150mm x 660mm Window 2: 1220mm x 660mm Thanks

Assemble and install new flyscreen (frame + mesh) for the window in yellow on the photo. Frame is already cut and ready to be assembled (IMPORTANT: I don't have the metal corners / corner stakes). Mesh and spline provided too. Dimensions are about 110cmx90cm (approximate measures). There was one in place but it has been broken. - Due date: Flexible

Hi there Reposting this as the scope of our work changed a little. We're installing aircons in our rooms so wanting to get the asbestos walls removed sometime in the next month or so. There are two bedrooms, one is 3m x3m and the other is 5m x 3m. Wanting all walls and ceiling removed, but the cupboards to stay in place, so the asbestos that the cupboards are attached to can stay. 99sqm house half of it is cement the other half hardwood. Whole thing covered in carpet I’m removing this week. Need someone to buy our flooring (hybrid nylon) from Bunnings bring it and install it. But that is negotiable future task. For now, I want your quote. A flooring expert, with some proof of past experience, to come out and size up the job say how long it will take and how much $. Job will need to be done in early May so need availability then. This is a SMALL JOB that could lead to a bigger one, hence small price tag. Build a pool shed around the existing equipment (see attached). Approximate measurements are 1300mm (depth) x 1400mm (width) x 1400mm (height with an angled roof). It won’t need a back, as the existing fence will be used for that but it will need to attach to the fence. Front door required and/or the ability for the roof to be lifted.
