Need someone to repair a timber Venetian blind that is stuck in the raised position. One of the cords appears to have snapped/jammed and the blind won’t come down. Looking for someone experienced with blind repairs/cord mechanisms. Located in Brisbane. Photos attached.

I plan to buy two of these chandeliers - https://www.micalighting.com.au/glitz-10l-pendant-light-brass-5-tier.html with the dimmable light switch. What I need is the two hanging lamps removed as marked in red and then these chandeliers installed such that they are hanging from closer to the wooden beam on the ceiling as marked in green. Lights removed should be patched as best as possible if required. Carpet floors so plz ensure plaster isn't left. Height at the highest is 3M+ to ladder required. Needs to be an electrician. I'll buy it once I see quotes on install, and they say it'll deliver in a few days so a job next week should be fine and reasonably flex on when.

Hi there! We have four internal door handles that have been waiting for me to install for the last few months but my busy schedule hasn’t allowed it. My partner is home all week next week, so we are looking for somebody with the skills to install these door handles sufficiently. All doors have already had handles in the past, so the cavities are ready for the handles, but may need a bit of rejigging with the correct tools in case the old handles were smaller or different. A couple of photos are attached. Installation will include the handles and the door catch. There is an opportunity for some extra work and a tip if you can also install a digital front door lock (can send photos here in advance or can look on the day) Looking for this job to be done any day next week Thanks!
