The door still opens and closes, but it is slightly uneven. Other symptoms include: An intermittent rubbing or scraping noise from the cable and roller area on the right-hand side, particularly as the door approaches the fully open position. When fully open, the right-side lifting cable remains tight and continues pulling upwards, but the left-side lifting cable becomes completely loose. The two side springs visibly have different tension when the door is fully open. The issue may involve uneven spring tension, uneven cable winding, or incorrect opener travel-limit settings.

I have an external door and a small internal door that need to be hung. (External door also needs door hardware installed). I have this. Sliding cavity door needs tuning and tightening.

Hi there! We have four internal door handles that have been waiting for me to install for the last few months but my busy schedule hasn’t allowed it. My partner is home all week next week, so we are looking for somebody with the skills to install these door handles sufficiently. All doors have already had handles in the past, so the cavities are ready for the handles, but may need a bit of rejigging with the correct tools in case the old handles were smaller or different. A couple of photos are attached. Installation will include the handles and the door catch. Close the window with some timber and install gib board over it . I would like to hang a TV , so want to make it look like rest of the wall. There is some general plastering work as well. Work would suit an experienced handyman. Happy to discuss the final price for the entire job
