Some restoration of cubby house required - replace rotten wood ( very minor) replace Perspex windows and paint inside and out. I have paint already. Would be great to bring back to former glory.

Project: Restore interior wood window frames and skirting in order to paint and change colour prior to install of wall panelling. Outcome Required: These frames have been painted multiple times - layers of poor work. This is being stripped back to create a Precise and neat appearance with sharp cutting in and correct paint application so it lasts. Windows: 2x (190 x 190); 3x (240x80) and 11m of skirting. Floors are tile, walls will be fitted with panels after this painting is complete. Area is ready for work. Paint is provided - Dulux interior undercoat/sealer and gloss enamel top coat of required colour. Tasks: I have completed at least 80% of the sanding and stripping back of deteriorated paint. You will complete the prep work - sanding (using dust control), fill, seal/prime and place 2 top coats. Previous painting had messy cutting in and splashed white paint onto black metal window frames. Need exterior weatherboard properly prepared, sealed and painted. Also elves to be painted white. Gutters black All materials supplied. Have Dulux sealer and weather shield paint already. Was going to do it but baby came early so need a professional painter/s to get done asap as roof is getting prep for paint next weekend. I also have spare weather board if needed.
