Looking for quotes / expressions of interest to paint my upstairs master bedroom and the small attached entry/hallway section shown in the photos. This is a rental property, so I’m not looking for an expensive high-end professional finish, but I’d still like someone with painting experience who can do a neat and tidy job at a reasonable price. The main bedroom is approximately 3.2m x 3.6m (around 11.5m²), plus the small entry area. I’d like all of the walls painted in Dulux Teahouse D, with 2 coats applied for even coverage and a consistent finish. The ceiling, cornices, skirting boards, doors, door frames, wardrobes and other white trim are to remain as they are. The walls are currently a light neutral colour and are generally in reasonable condition. There are a few dents, marks and imperfections, but I’m not concerned about having every little defect repaired. I mainly just want the usual basic preparation needed before painting, such as a light sand/clean where required, followed by a neat paint job. I already have the paint and most of the basic supplies, so I’m mainly looking for someone to provide the labour. I will supply: Dulux Teahouse D paint Rollers Painter’s tape Sandpaper Cutting-in brush Pad edger applicator Paint tray Some other basic painting supplies You would just need to bring anything else you normally require for the job, such as drop sheets, ladder or any other small tools/equipment. Furniture can be moved away from the walls before the job. Painting two walls (Or at least patching the damages as seen in the photos). Maybe some minor spot painting of other walls in the house of the same colour too.
