My puppy has clawed the sliding bedroom door. Needs to be sanded back and painted on one side. Also the skirting board sanded and touched up paint. Gloss paint white I can find out colour match if necessary.

Need some painting to be done as part of an end of lease process. Needs to be well done and complete before our lease ends. We're looking to pay $50-$60 an hour, and I think it will take a day to complete. Roughly 5 walls with coloured paint (see photos) that needs to be painted white. Then a few other walls that need to be touched up with white / a few holes that need to be patched & painted.

Small job to paint a second coat of paint on a deck and 2 coats on posts. Deck size approx 4m x 2m. (Pls confirm in quote when you can complete task) Don't need to be professional painter but will need to be able to cut in in some places and be able to paint. All equipment / paint supplied. Task is for 2 hours work @ $50 and if it takes longer it will be paid at $50 each additional hour also.

The thin strip of wood at the edges of my eaves is water damaged in 2 places and needs to be replaced and ready to be painted. Don’t require the eaves replaced, just the bit of damaged wood and patched. Damage is in two spots by the corners. I expect that it’s larger than the hole in the photo that needs to be replaced. I do NOT require painting, just ready to be painted. House is 1 storey on stumps - damage is out the back where it’s lower. I’m looking for a realistic quote who can get the work done on time.
