Provision 40 amp single phase circuit and install an ev charger 15m from the DB. This is for a customer of ours. Easy access. Straightforward works. No more than 4 hours effort.

I have rewired the 12v electrics in my boat. There are two (2) gang switches (one existing with 3 switches and one brand new with 5 switches) that run items such as the sounders, vhf, bilge pump, led lighting, nav lights, and usb/cigarette charger outlets. All fresh wiring with soldered, crimped and heat wrapped connections. These were all working perfectly and tested with the multimeter. No blown fuses. Today noticed that the 5 switch panel wasnt able to run the bilge pump, led lights or the usb/cigarette charger outlets, but the 2x sounders and nav lights work (ie 3 of 5 switches). When i switch the connections around I get get the charger outlets and led lights to work (not the bilge) but the illumination on the switches only intermittently work/glow. I assume there is a very minor issue and something that is loose but cant quite make the time to figure it out. I need: A quick once over by an experience electrician to troubleshoot where the issue is. I have the materials/tools. May just need to replace or tighten a connection.

I have the solar mounts and cords but it was previously just glued to the roof, need someone to fit an aluminum plate on the inside and screw into that for safety. Roof is a little fragile to keep in mind, it's not one you could lean on. Looking for a quote for labour. And maybe to provide the plate also.
