Not a big job but I have a steel staircase in my new warehouse that has left over carpet glue & adhesive tape left on the surface so i just need to be removed & cleaned up back to new again. I sprayed one with glue off spray and just used a paint scraper and it came off pretty easily but i just honestly dont have the time to get it done so i need some help.

It's a classic hardwood timber fence 20 m long with a driveway opening. It was built in 1995 and is in need of having the posts made more vertical, re-nailing some of the posts, sanding the entire fence back and priming and painting

I have one room I need re-painted at my small business. Walls and doors only not the ceiling. It is a room with 4 doors however and we need to paint over one feature green wall so probably needs a few coats of paint. 4 doors (one is a double door) Should use a semi gloss on doors and door trims. Job needs to be done on a Weekend OR a Monday (photo is from my security camera during working hours the space would obviously be cleaner and free from other people working in your space) If you do a good job, keep the space clean and are reasonably priced you can probably convince me to paint some other rooms and or areas too.
