1. Relocate Smoke Alarm: Relocate 1 x existing 240V hardwired interconnected smoke alarm by approx. 0.6m along the plaster ceiling (to allow clearance for a light fitting). 2. Install 1 x Outdoor Double Powerpoint: - Supply and install a standard weatherproof outdoor double powerpoint (IP54 or similar, see attached photo). - Location: Mount it on a nearby vertical timber deck skirting board (about 1.2m above ground level, no ladder needed). - Cable Run: Run new cable under the deck from the existing junction box (see photo) to the powerpoint (approx. 2 metres distance, using protective conduit/pipe). - Access: Requires crawling/getting under the deck to run the wire(about 1m high). - Power Feed: The existing junction box is ready under the house on a safety switch. (The whole house was rewired around 2021, and this circuit feeds from an existing upstairs powerpoint) Requirements: - Must be a licensed QLD Electrical Contractor. - Provide an invoice with contractor licence number and testing/compliance statement. - Work to commence after 9:00 AM on working days.
