Took hooks off the wall and the adhesive strip ripped off the paint in 6 places, also slightly damaged the ceiling from one of the hooks in the ceiling. Have the correct paint and a ladder. Need someone to fix before Monday as have to hand back the keys.

Remove the stumps left behind, Post cutting a hedge down.

Looking for someone to repaint the blue part of my front steps (9 steps). I put grip stickers on from Bunnings, they got dirty and then I put goo remover on to take them off. And now I've made a mess! A few slivers/chips in the wood to be sanded/sealed also. Plus patch white balustrade split (bottom left of photo). I have paint.

Replace 5 outdoor steps, post and railing from deck to backyard. Replace and paint 1 exterior front step. Replace and paint 15 vertical panels front step from step to railing. Can organise the following separately if needed: Patch and paint hole in plaster board from back of a reclining chair. Paint decks and pergola (maintenance only, all in excellent condition)

Remove and dispose of some tree roots and small stumps from around pool area. Also remove and dispose of one piece of garden edging .

Broken straightener. Wires ect work fine the part where both ends join snapped

Three tree stumps to be removed from backyard- see photos. One branch of a flame tree to be cut down and taken away. Also remove pictured green waste. No vehicle access to backyard.

Large speaker. Switches on but does not seem to work.

We have 2 bamboo stumps to be dug out. We chopped them down 9 months ago and they are dead so now need digging out, roots etc.

The job is 2 replace 2 leaking taps in an apartment with new taps. One tap is in the kitchen and the other is in the laundry. I have the new kitchen and laundry taps ready to be installed to replace existing.

I would like to have the following areas washed, sanded back, repaired if required (nail punch, fill in cracks), and timber / decking oil  applied. The deck previously had Sikken Cetol products applied.   Suggest for the deck: first 1 coat (stain – darker/ teak), then 2 additional coats.  Timber posts / hand rails: 2 coats Note: Painted of the decking balustrade not required, just the wooden handrails around the deck and steps.   Please quote for materials and labour. 2 stumps need to disappear! One on each side of my front driveway, so super easy access to road.

Washer needs replacing in one tap but it appears to be corroded. I would now like both taps to be replaced

The person who installed the skirting boards recently only did half the job. Need doorway skirting boards installed and all skirting boards gap filled and painted. - Due date: Flexible
