I have a tile in the bathroom that is lifting on one corner. It makes a squeak noise when you step on the loose corner (the whole tile is not spongy). It is outside the shower stall. I’m not sure if the tile can be repaired or needs to be replaced or if others are affected. I have attached 2 photos: 1. The tile that is lifting (centre tile) 2. Close up of the edge that is lifting. The grout looks cracked. I have spare tiles. Not sure of usual cost of this job so please quote if interested. Thanks.

When I have a big shower, water drips to ground level from the upstairs bathroom. If it is a quick shower, no water drips. I suspect waterproof layer under tiles are not working properly. want to get a quote of removing the grout and put new silicone between tiles to stop water going through.

New kitchen renovation requires splash back tiling. Kitchen is small 2.8m x 2.7m. Tiling on three sides of kichen including window ledge. Subway tiles 300mm x 100mm x 7mm thick. Mosaic feature row is 100mm wide and individual 'tiles' are 100mm x 20mm x 7.5mm thick. Splashback is approx 600mm high and about 7 lineal metres for a total of approx 4 sqm of tiling area. Work can start immedaitely after tiles are delivered which should be 17th Dec (so carry out job on 18th preferably). Please see attached pics for details of the job. The mosaic row is 100mm and will be approx 300mm above benchtop level. The Window width is 1185mm, sill is about 230mm up from bechtop level and sill width is approx 155mm to window frame. Tiler to supply all required materials except tiles (glue, grout, silicone, etc) with grout to be an 'off white' colour same as benchtop as much as possible. Requires a quality job and leave the kitchen spotless. All waste to be removed by tiler also. Please provide quote for job. Thanks
