Looking for a licensed and insured tiler or shower restoration specialist to rejuvenate a 1.2m² shower recess. 200x200mm tiles with beige grout. Walls tiled all the way to the ceiling, Grout on the upper walls is mostly fine and just needs cleaning. Scope Deep Clean: Chemical deep clean and scrub of all wall/floor tiles and beige grout lines to remove soap scum and stains. Grout Repair: Rake out and replace all loose, cracked, or missing beige grout (mainly on the floor and lower walls). Silicone Replacement: Note: A new shower screen was professionally installed 6 weeks ago, so the silicone directly sealing the screen frame to the tile is brand new and does NOT need replacing. Only the remaining corner junctions and floor perimeters require work. Strip out and replace failed, mould-stained silicone ONLY from the internal vertical corners and floor perimeters. Do not disturb the new shower screen silicone. Use premium, mould-resistant wet-area silicone. Fixing Holes: Neatly patch and fill several old fixing holes in the wall tiles using colour-matched tile compound. Sealing (Optional Add-on): Please quote the application of a clear grout sealer to the floor and walls as a separate line item.Final Polish: Wipe down and polish all tiles, shower glass, and frames on completion. The grout for some of the tiles in the shower floor has disintegrated. Water is pooling under the tiles and there is slight movement when they are steped on. - Due date: Before Sunday, 8 January 2023

We have an 8sqm entrance way that covers the outside area undercover area by our front door, as well as a rectangular hallway which in total is less than 8sqm.
