Find a local floorboard profesional in Surry Hills

Hi, I’m looking for someone to trim the edges of floorboards so that I can fit a new wardrobe in. The cuts will need to be done with the floorboards laid as is (as opposed to pulling the floorboards up and cutting them). See the blue tape mark on the photos. The length of the floorboards to be cut is 310cm. Job is in Pelican Street, Surry Hills. There is a lift in the building but one flight of stairs as you come into the apartment. Paid street parking available.

I have a few floating laminate floorboards in my 1 bedroom apartment kitchen that were water damaged by a neighbour's flooding into my place. I still have some of the new flooring available and would like someone to see how the damaged floorboards can best be replaced. The surface area is approximately 1.9 x 1.6 metres but some of it can possibly be salvaged. If we need to discuss about materials, please post them in the Q&A and I will answer them.
