Find a local floorboard profesional in North Melbourne

We have very creaky floorboards in our first floor living room. It sounds like the boards are rubbing against the joist or the joist is rubbing against something. We have been told it should be possible to access the boards from underneath (ground floor ceiling).

Creaky floorboards. The creak is quite loud and seems to run along the length of the floor. Someone had previously inspected and said it might require some boards to be pulled up to look at it.

Wooden floorboards are quite creaky in one area.

I need floating floorboards installed in my apartment some time in the next two weeks. I have already found a supplier. Will also need old carpet removed and taken away.

Install engineered flooring for two rooms, totalling 40sqm, in a 3rd floor apartment (no lift). Please price for demolition as follows: removing 10sqm tiles, and any flooring prep that needs to be done on existing concrete slab (NB we will remove carpet prior to your arrival). Instal should be using acoustic glue. Price should also include removing kickers and skirting boards and put back on - we will patch up paint after as necessary. We require ~65sqm of vic-ash floorboards to sanded in a 2-bedroom house (with vic-ash stairs also needing refinishing). The wood has discoloured orange so we'd like to use a water-based finish eg. Bona traffic HD I have calculated floor areas (excluding bathroom & balcony and kitchen joinery) as follows; Ground Floor: 31m2 Upper Floor: 30m2 Stairs: 4.5m2 Total: 65.5m2 Start date: 01 February 2023
