Work required: * Remove the remaining adhesive, tape residue and any loose material around the top and sides of the window frame. * Repair any minor surface damage and fill holes or gaps if needed. * Apply primer where necessary. * Repaint the affected wall/window frame area to match the existing colour as closely as possible. * Leave the area neat, clean and with a professional finish. Requirements: * Please bring your own tools and painting equipment. * Please advise whether paint and other materials are included in your quote. * Experience with wall repairs and painting is preferred. The roller shutter from one of the windows is broken, it stopped halfway while shutting and the motor just kept going and the rest of the shutter just dropped to close. Now it remains totally closed and the motor just makes a sound when activated and stops after a certain time.
