Hi, I have a letterbox where the base/post is still securely fixed in the ground, but the letterbox itself has become detached from the base. I think the screws or fixings have loosened or come out, causing the letterbox to separate from the base. I’ve attached photos showing the issue.

Not sure if the lock is broken or the fly screen door has moved but it only closes if slammed

I need my Cortex SM25 home gym system to be disassembled enough to be relocated temporarily to allow carpet replacement to occur. This phase of work will only entail disassembly and relocation of all the gym parts to our alfresco. We will look to have the gym reassembled as extra work or a separate task once the flooring work is complete. I have the instruction manual but experience installing home gyms will be very beneficial

1x sliding door does not roll smoothly and likely needs roller adjustment or replacement; the track may also be misaligned. Front door is misaligned and sticks when opening and closing. Flyscreen mesh on 2x sliding doors and the front security door needs replacing. I’m requesting a quote at this stage and am happy to adjust based on the assessment.
