I am looking for an experienced contractor or consultant to manage the consulting, procurement, and installation of a new garden shed at my property in Spotswood. The property is located within the Spotswood Residential Heritage Precinct (HO30), so the project requires someone who understands local heritage design requirements and can ensure the build is compliant with the Hobsons Bay Planning Scheme.  Scope of Work: • Consulting & Design: Identify a shed design that meets Heritage Overlay HO30 guidelines (likely timber/weatherboard with muted tones) and fits within a 10m² floor area and 3m height limit to remain building permit exempt.  • Permit Management: Confirm if a Planning Permit (VicSmart) is required for the chosen design and handle the submission to Hobsons Bay Council if necessary.  • Procurement: Source the shed, hardware, and all necessary materials (slabs, pavers, or timber base).  • Site Prep & Install: Prepare a level foundation and complete the full assembly. The shed must be sited behind the front wall of the house.  • Safety: The final build must be secure and include lockable storage (suitable for a household with a young child). Ideal Candidate: • Familiar with Hobsons Bay City Council planning and heritage overlays.  • Experience with timber or Colorbond shed assembly. • Must provide photos of previous similar installs. • Ability to coordinate delivery and handle the "legal" headache of heritage compliance. Hi. I need a shower screen to be removed, flipped around and re-installed.

Hand towel rail has come loose from the wall. Unsure if it needs to be re-hung (new holes drilled in the wall) or if exisiting can be tightened somehow. Please also fix loose screws on number 5 on front door.

I have a window digital signage I need to install to the metal sills at the glass window . The ceiling mount is already assembled (saving you time) and need to connect the Signage to a power point that has access close by. Pics to follow. Looking to get this done by end of next week. Hi there, we just recently moved to a new house. We would like some to help us do the following: 1. Dismantle & dispose of 7 old roller blinds 2. Install 4 new roller blinds (already purchased blinds from Spotlight as shown in picture) 3. Install 2 curtain rods and hang the new curtains (already purchased curtains, and rods as shown in picture) We are quite flexible with the timing. Please be aware that we do not have any tools or ladder so please bring the items.
