We are looking for a pest control specialist to address a rodent issue in a single-floor, detached home (approximately 220 sqm) with a metal roof and plasterboard ceiling lining. During a recent property inspection, the ceiling space was found to have marks consistent with rodent soiling, high moisture levels. Although the report didn't mention it, I think there a smell in some areas, likely due to rodent carcasses above the ceiling. We require a comprehensive solution, including: 1) Removal of all rodent carcasses and droppings from the ceiling space. 2) A plan to remove any live rodents currently in the ceiling using humane and effective methods. 3) Identification and sealing of all potential entry points to prevent future infestations. We need someone experienced with rodent removal, ceiling space work, and pest prevention. The property is located in williamstown. The work should be carried in January or February. Existing bookcase is recessed into the living room wall. The shelving needs to be removed to allow for a clean open space. Cabinetry built at the bottom, maybe 2-3 cupboards approximately 1.5 metres in length.
