Repair whole in the wall

I need some walls patched and some doors fixed.

Looking for an experienced handyman or blind/roller shutter technician to repair a cream aluminum window-style roller shutter used on a garage. The shutter motor is whirring and fully functional. I had to open it and slowly lower the shutters which resulted in partial snap of shutter as per photo. Scope of work includes: Inspecting and straightening/re-aligning the vertical side tracking channels where the jam occurred. Re-threading the detached bottom rail back onto the aluminum shutter curtain. Checking the side alignment clips (V-clips) on the lower slats to ensure smooth, level tracking. Testing the operation to ensure it glides up and down without binding. (If possible, this shutter does not have a remote, if you are able to help with this as well) Please see the attached photos showing the detached slat and the current state of the shutter.

Single storey brick house in Sunshine North. 1. Cap, remove, board up existing gas heater in living room 2. Remove 1 a/c box unit from kitchen, replace plasterboard inside, and brick up exterior wall 3. Remove 1 a/c box unit from weatherboard wall, replace plasterboard inside, replace exterior hole with weatherboard 4. Replaster / fix warped section of wall, and ensure no warping occurs in the future.

Aluminium awning (ecosustainable homes click and fix) assembled and fixed to outside wall.

Metal manual garage door hinge has failed. Need someone to come replace / fix the hinge mechanism to restore full functionality of the door. Have some other odd jobs too if suitable.
