Our house will be completely empty in October and we are looking to re-sand the entire house. The only room that doesn’t have timber floor is the bathroom. All other rooms is timber. Looking to: 1. Re-sand and polish timber 2.stain floor to desired colour 3. Three coats of water base polyurethane Some areas of the house have tiles laid on top of timber floor, which will be removed by another tradesperson.
