Advice required: Looking for a flooring specialist to physically inspect two units at same complex to advise on feasibility of laying hybrid flooring on tiled surface. Both units are tiled differently and have carpeted areas. Seeking advice that leads to advice on possible solutions and execution.

We’d like our floors sanded and polished with a Matt whiteish look, taking out the yellow tone of the tassie oak. See floor plan for area. No need for bedrooms.

Currently undertaking kitchen renovation, the photos are after demolishing. Ideally done before the new kitchen goes in. Kitchen install is meant to be mid-late next week but can delay if necessary. Worst case the repair happens once the kitchen is installed. Sanding is optional upon repair completion, otherwise it can be a separate task. Punch nails & Sand. Polishing will be done after kitchen install. Area for sanding is 6370mm by 3760mm

Install of skirting boards in 3 bedrooms and 2.5 living areas (approx 100m). Most of the job is reattaching skirting after they were removed for floor install. Some sections will need to be cut to fit properly. Skirting supplied

Nail in missing timber floor board (4 short planks, very small job) Nails provided, timber planks provided but need to be trimmed slightly to fit
