We have a number of floorboards approx 10 that are termite damaged either a little along where they’ve eaten and a section in its entirety. We aren’t planning to Reno for a while so want them patched with timber epoxy in meantime . Will have to be cleaned out where they are hollow underneath, filled and matched as close to possible in colour to existing TAS Oak and sanded to same level as flooring. Slab underneath: termites no longer active has been 2 years .

After a repair/ blending of marking in timber laminate likely caused by furniture being moved. Mark is approx 15cm in length

Floorboards need to be removed. Replaced with tiles in laundry. 1.55 metres long x 1 metre deep. Small space I’ve put $1k but please submit your price as I am willing to pay more

Sand and clear polish to floorboards as per floor plan attached. Total area highlighted in yellow requires sand and polish. Where I have added some blue lines is the area with wear and scratches the rest of the floor is in good condition. Floors are hardwood. House is empty of furniture and ready for the task.

Require to fill in flooring with tile base + engineered wooden board. Both materials provided but will need to bring own tools. The new wooden board is not an exact match to existing flooring.

Seeking someone to buff/polish roughly 40 square metres of floorboards. (Wormy chestnut) Per the floor plan only the hallway and living area. Bedrooms and bathrooms are carpet or tile. Floors were fully sanded back 3 years ago with water based clear coat applied. Floors are in good condition with light scratch marks. I am not seeking perfection. Some marks may remain. But I won’t have a full re-sand done so soon as one was only done 3 years ago. I am seeking quotes. I will remove and replace my own furniture. Thanks

9m2 of Tasmanian Oak hardwood installed 9m2 of existing pine flooring removed (but not disposed of)

We would like the carpet removed from 2 bedrooms, lounge, dining and hallway (approx 70sqm) It looks like (and we hope) there are decent floor boards under the carpet. Floor plan and some photos attached. We need the carpet lifted and removed from the property. No idea how much a job like this may cost.

We have recently had joinery fitted into our home office and require our carpet to be re-stretched, some cutting around the new cabinets will be required. This is captured in the photos attached to the add.

We require someone to come in an install some carpet into a garage than we are turning into a home studio. Studio is roughly 5mx3.6m and we have 2 rolls of carpet ready to install (each roll is 5mx1.8m)
