Reposting as I wasn't able to accept before. Looking for someone to take up the existing laminate floor and replace with this product (Smart Flooring Medina 12mm 1.77sqm Pearl White Laminate Flooring). It’s for an entranceway hall. The total area is 4.2m. There is underlay underneath that can be retained and the floor is level. There’s about 1.5m of skirting total that can be glued or nailed back in and I don’t need any painting or repair on the walls afterwards. I already have the flooring including an extra box if any issues. There’s no rush on the job and access can be arranged to suit you. I can arrange disposal of the old floor.

Hello! I need someone to provide and install a standard skirting board + sealing and paint touch-up if needed for my home studio, please. Floor already has vinyl tiles laid. The room requires approximately 21m of skirting. I have measurements, or you can come with your tools and measure/install on the spot.
