The window in the guest room is leaking water due to the heavy rain and we need soemone to fix it urgently. We are using towels to contain the water right now.

Just recently bought a house. Settlement isn't until 15th July. So works can't commence until 16th July. There is an old wall airconditioner (refer photos) which we need decommissioned, removed and the hole in the wall patched up, i.e. brick on the outside and plasterboard inside ready for painting.

A truck with tailgate and pallet jack is delivering a wooden crate at 8am-8.15am tomorrow and I require 2 strong Men to assist. The delivery will be near the shopfront. The crate will be removed by us. The item is a new Sunbed that will be in 2 sections. The top section (Approx 90kg) can be lifted off by hand and then needs to be brought through the shop front door and then 2 more doors in close proximity. There are no stairs. From the front of shop to the final position it is only around 10 metres. The bottom section is held down onto the floor of the wooden crate and we will likely remove that bracing and then bring the base through. The base is approx 125 kg. We have a dollie to assist if required. Once both pieces are in just need to place the top section into position and screw 8 nuts on to hold it. Need to be punctual. Assuming no issues this should be completed within an hour. Please note pricing is a flat rate for the job for each person (so $150 total) to completion not by the hour - please bring clean gloves if you prefer to use gloves to hold. Thanks

Would like a professional job done I have already purchased doggie door .
