I need an experienced plasterer to complete several plaster repair and painting jobs around the house. Photos are attached. Scope of work 1. Bathroom ceiling repair There is a rectangular opening in the bathroom ceiling from a previous leak investigation. The leak has now been fixed. Approximate opening size: 120cm x 50cm. Required work: - Supply and install suitable bathroom plasterboard. - Sand, prime and repaint. - Avoid damaging existing pipework, wiring, exhaust fan and heat lamp. 2. Bathroom ceiling mould/staining There is a visible mould/staining mark on the bathroom ceiling. Required work: - Clean/treat the affected area. - Sand, prime and repaint entire ceiling 3. Gap near bathroom heat lamp There is a visible gap/hole near the bathroom heat lamp fitting. Required work: - Patch/reduce the visible opening so it can no longer be seen. 4. Three wall patch repairs There are three wall areas I previously patched myself, but the finish is rough/uneven. Required work: - Sand, prime and repaint 5. Two curtain rod repairs Two curtain rod brackets have come loose from the plaster wall. Required work: - Remove curtain rods/brackets. - Patch damaged plaster holes. - Sand, prime and repaint. - Reinstall both curtain rods securely using suitable fixings/anchors or studs where possible.
