Need to paint the entire house interior. Includes 4 beds, Double garage, Living room, Theatre

Need painter for painting rooms, walkway and garage.

Note: task updated: Painting required for 3 bedrooms (1 feature wall in each room done by me), 1 home theatre (1 tv unit wall done by me), 1 bathroom, and 1-2 small walls and 1 garage. - paint walls and skirtings - 2 coat paint - double storey home and currently occupied - required wall colour (see attached)

I need to repaint some walls in the house, specifically in the walkway and living room. The work might take about a day. Could you please provide me with your hourly rate for this job?

Require garage floor painted using epoxy paint. It’s a double garage with concrete base. Epoxy paint provided. Will need to clean floor before applying paint.

Tile an area of 255cm X 63 cm on the wall and repair and touch up paint over a wall area of approx 1m X 0.5m

Sanding and staining of the balcony facade, balcony door, front door and windows (see photos will green areas highlighted that need work) Stain will be provided. Will need someone to do the job tomorrow (Wednesday) or Thursday.

We need approx. 16 walls re-painted, including walls around a stairwell. See floor plan for the 16 walls highlighted in green, including the walls surrounding the staircase that needs to be painted. Note the stair case walls are 4m high and will need an extension pole. Needs to be available this weekend if possible.

We need to maintain our outdoor decks by cleaning and oiling as part of yearly maintenance. It's newly built (1year old) deck so hoping minimal sanding and cleaning required. Refer the photos attached.

A deck with water based stain that I want to change to oil based. Dimensions are 5.5m by 3.3m plus one step. Please quote for sanding, so it’s ready to be stained. I’ll be oiling it myself. Looking for someone to sand it back so I can oil it.
