I would like to get my timber floors sanded and refinished. The floorplan attached (green shading) shows the area to be addressed. It is approx 70sqm and includes 1 hallway, 1 open lounge, 2 bedrooms. The current condition is ok. It appears to be painted rather than stained as there are multiple points where it has faded/rubbed off. I am unsure of the specific colour for the new finish, but would like a matte finish, preferably with a waterbased poly. I have set the budget using a couple of online estimators, but there is some flexibility depending on the offers provided.

Painting lounge and hallway . No repairs ,no patching or sanding. Just need it rolled on . In lounge room Paint 1 more coat vivid white over panels and over plaster walls ,roll up to Cornice line ,no cutting into cornices . Undercoat white on windows in lounge then coats enamel white. 2 doors 2 coats vivid white rolled on . In hallway Paint 2 coats white vivid white over panels and over plaster walls, roll up to Cornice line no cutting into cornices . white enamel on window entry internal only . 3 doors and archs , 2 coats each with white ,internal to hallway only . No skirts . Carpet being replaced so no drop sheets needed . Paint is on sight ready . Rollers ,brushes and ladders are all there if you need to use my tools . Retired pensioner unable to complete due to health .

About 15 metres wide x 2 metres high of external timber cladding, needing probably 2 coats of Tung oil applied. - Due date: Flexible

End of lease - holes from picture hooks 1 x hole in living room to be repaired and painted 1 x hook in living room to be removed and patch/paint 2 x hook in bedroom to be removed and patch/paint I have the matching paint :) Must be done before Monday 15 January. As you can see from photos I need the paint removed off all the bricks around the house back to original colour. This involves all bricks being cleaned. We are wanting our three bedroom home painted as we are about to list our home for sale. We will be living in the home so hoping for a team so it’s completed quick. Some pre work will need to be done, some sanding, gap filling and washing down of walls before painting can begin. We also have a green wall that will need an under coat before being painted.
