Need 3 bedrooms doors walls skirts and arch’s, study walls skirts and arch’s , lounge room walls skirts and arch’s, rumpus room wall skirts and arch’s painted.

I had a concrete overlay placed inside my home 6 years ago however it has obtained a yellow hue as the concrete company did not use a uv stable sealer. It also has a lot of scratches in the clear coating. The previous company also left hairs and even a leaf embedded in the sealer. I was wanting to get the floor recoloured as I am not entirely happy with it and have a matt uv stable sealer with no hairs found in it.

Would like my roof painted and some touch ups inside. Some inside paint supplied but not roof paint.

Hi there, I have a double story medium sized townhouse in Taylor’s lakes to be painted. We have painted the ceiling and it won’t need to be done upstairs, however downstairs it’s come up quite blotchy and we are assuming it’s from previous water damage, so will likely need some sort of seal or primer before the paint. All timber work and framing to be painted in gloss, walls in low sheen, materials and paint have already been purchased, no prep work required as I’ll either do what is necessary or not needed as the home is a blank canvas. I’ve attached a layout of the house for your review, I’d like honest quotes on roughly what this would look like cost wise.
