One wall that has the smaller square area below the towel rack won't be tiled. Prefer aquacheck plasterboard for wet areas. Price should include labour, materials, fees etc all inclusive. Approximate sizes 2500x1920 870x1920 860x800 1900x260 No painting required. No skirting required. No tiling required. No waterproofing required. Thank you.

removing old air con unit. I can put the gyprock on. Need someone to trowel on the finish plaster, sand and paint the entire wall to match

We're looking for a painter that will paint entire place inside and do big walls in in waiting room and corridors with Venetian plaster style feature walls. Place is approximately 20 squares. Will need all ceilings painted. Painter will paint after plasterer has fixed and patched through out the premises. If you can not do feature walls please don't offer as we need this as part of the job. I have attached photos of similar Venetian plaster style feature walls.

We ripped out a built in wardrobe and moved a few data points so now have some holes in the wall and damage that needs repairing. There is also some glue residue and colour differences from where the wardrobe was there. Once finished there should be no evidence of any previous wardrobe or works. We will provide the primer and the paint.
