I need some out of the box thinking to refresh my dated property in Seabrook. 1. Bathroom X 2 - fixing or replacing the sink and vanity. Painting the surfaces (tiles and shower screen frame etc.) in contemporary colours. 2. Kitchen - painting in contemporary colours. 3. Painting the whole house inside. 4. Cleaning slate floors as well as they can be.

Hi, we are looking for our house to be painted inside including labour and paint. - 2 x normal size bedrooms - 1 x half size bedroom - 1 x lounge - entrance area - kitchen, dining and living - 2 x bathrooms only need ceilings done - this has new plaster so needs undercoating - 1 x laundry only needs top of wall and ceilings done All walls, windows, some ceilings to be painted and skirting board and trims. The skirt and trims are all wood so need a light sand and a primer plus 2 coats. The walls were painted approx 4 years ago but have since removed heaters so some spots need an undercoat. Doors do not need to be painted. Looking for work to happen in the next 3 weeks ideally from 18 November to 11 December.
