Find an experienced house painter in Newport VIC

We have a 3 m high, very rectangular (4 walls) rendered house, which we would like to spruce up with a coat of paint.

Need ceiling in dining area/kitchen and bedroom painted. Should only need one coat. Paint to be supplied. Area one is 800cm x 190cm Area two is 400cm x 530cm. Area three is 350cm x 300cm Photos of area attached.

Prepare and paint the internal walls, ceiling, and architraves with 2 coats of Dulux paint. Classic white for walls and ceiling, vivid white for architraves must be supplied. The house is 2 bedrooms and is 73m2, unfurnished and vacant. We do not need the bathroom painted. The house is an old Victorian so the ceilings are high but nothing unusual for the era.

Require the exterior of a weatherboard house to be painted prior to putting house on market.

The property is located in Newport, 3015. The house has had some structural movement causing cracks. Will need plaster patch (no paint) to fix up in certain parts of the home.

The house will be up for sale. Need a fresh coat of paint.

I want to repaint my entire house internally. All of the room walls will be the exact same colour, and the ceilings will all be their own same colour, and skirtings and doors will be their own colour. I have attached a floorplan and highlighted in red on the areas that need painting now. I am going to colour match so most of the house will only need one coat. There are a 3 new doors that will need the full 3 coats, and two rooms are coloured so will need two coats. I am expecting 4-5 days of work, and I will help for two of those days to ensure that it gets over the line. If I need to help more then I will. The ceilings downstairs are 2.7m high.
