Hello, I have hardwood floors that are in need of a refresh. I am thinking of a proper clean, buff and double coat. I have attached one photo to demonstrate the average condition. Total floor area is about 47 square metres. The rooms and their sizes are: Room 1 - Bedroom #1. 3.8 m x 2.4 m Room 2 - Bedroom #2. 3.8 m x 2.8 m Room 3 - Bedroom #3. 3.8 m x 2.1 m Room 4 - Living. 5.3 m x 3.6 m Some other work will be done on the house first, so this job would be further down the future. I thought I would get a estimated quote first.

Home is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom double story townhouse. Caulking work required: 1. All windows in home require inspection and potential re-caulking. Interior only 2. In bathroom, WC, En-suite, and laundry: There are areas of the floor and wall tile grouting and sealant that require sealing due to deterioration from wear and tear Pictures provided are from a building inspection done recently.
