There a hole in the roof of our kitchen from where we tried to have a lighting fixture installed (directly above the central kitchen island bench). Roof is slightly angled and hole is in total around 22cm x 12cm. Need this patched then ideally sanded/smoothed and painted (off white). There’s also some small dents on a nearby wall and some smaller holes in the bathroom that need a bit of putty (or similar) and also to be painted over. See pics as a reference. Price is negotiable. I’ve recently moved out of a property and used the wrong paint sheen to cover up some scuff marks. I now have 4L of the correct paint, but the real estate agent is insisting a qualified painter does the work. I am capable of painting the walls but I’m too broke to pay standard rates for a qualified painter. I'm happy to do the work and have a qualified painter sign off on it if that's a cheaper option, but either way will need a painter to be a point of contact for the real estate agent to confirm the painting has been completed to an acceptable standard. Attached are the walls for re-painting. Any help appreciated!

I have painted 3 coats of blue paint over a single primered wall The wall is fully covered, however my roller technique wasn't perfect and there is some spots that look different when the natural light reflects in the day time. I am looking for someone with a good paint roller technique to come in and do one final EVEN coat of paint. The wall is ready to go, sheets are down, and tape protecting all areas.
