Front steps of house has 4 steps needing a handrail installed and supplied

Painting walls and trim of one bedroom. As pictured, three walls to be done, with one door, two windows, floor and ceiling trim (but not the ceiling). The 4th wall is mostly cupboard doors that are already painted, but the edges/surrounding frame need finishing in white. (the door/window/skirting paint is a different colour). Note there are two dogs in the house, both friendly. The bedroom door obviously can be closed but just to note, dogs are around :).

I have one wall that needs the plaster finished - it’s just the stopping up to make it snmoith and ready for paint. Wall is maybe 2.5-3m wide and standard height.

The base needs to be rebuilt and will look exactly the same as in the picture. The base measures 1200mm x 320mm, with an area of 1.34 m2 cement fibre sheet to be plastered. Metal corners will be in place. Plastering is required ready for painting. Painting is not required by the plasterer.

Patch and prepare plaster ceiling and wall cavities ready for painting. Large cavity is 1200mm x 1100 mm. 3 smaller cavities are 400mm x 450mm. 3 smaller cavities have an old plastic air conditioning vent that can be easily removed. We also have a few water marks (see in photos) we need prepared for painting as well. Happy to negotiate price!!! - Due date: Flexible

Hi, We have approx 65M sq of tongue and groove ceiling with oregon beams, that we need the final work done on. We ahve had majority of the paint removed (Acrylic and Polyurethane) and now we need the fine details cleaned. Paint removed from the grooves etc. After wards a light sand to clean wood surface up (it is furred after the last stripping job). We would prefer to avoid adding water to the wood - the paint was stripped and then pressure washed in the previous step. Also scope to strip western red cedar panelled feature walls that have had Polyuerthane coating compromised in last stripping job. - Due date: Flexible

Hi I need some painting done. Cement sheet weatherboards, single story, 24m x 2.7 high. The boards are in excellent condition, and required a pressure wash, then repaint. If you do not have a pressure washer, I can supply one. reckon its 3 days work, and happy to pay an hourly rate plus materials. - Due date: Flexible
