4 rooms to be painted in ground floor apartment kitchen (3m x 2m) lounge room (3m x 6m) bedroom (3m x 4m) bathroom (1.6m x 2.4m) Walls and ceilings to be painted. Paint to be supplied by myself. Work to be done between 22 - 31 July 2026.

We have quite a few scuff marks on the walls in our hallway so think it would be worth getting it repainted. The hallway is about 10m long and wall is about 2m high. There's some other spots like door frames that could use a touch up. Please include your hourly rate or rate per sqm in your offer.

1 x standard bedroom requires fresh painting. Walls, ceiling, architraves, and door. We will supply fresh paint. Room approx. 3 x 3.7-ish metres. Two coats required. Easy access to house and bedroom. Room will be emptied before job. Quality ladder available (if needed). Painter would need to bring their own painting equipment. Drop sheets not essential as the carpet is being replaced in a week. Date is flexible but needs to be done before next Friday.

Interior and exterior window frames (about five) and weatherboard cladding needs professional painting and sealing. Happy to pay more for greater attention to detail and good work.

One bedroom in Victorian house needs sanding of some recent plastering as well as painting (excluding windows and wardrobes). Corridor and 1.5 walls in another room also need to be done. Paint will be supplied. Lattice work on front of double fronted house also needs to be painted as it is becoming rusty in places. Paint will be provided. Photos can also be provided.

A small bathroom we recently painted with a professional painter did not come up with the right colour. We want a new painter to paint it white. We have some of the paint already. No need for undercoat. Set up, paint it and go. It’s been sanded back already. No wood work. About a 3 hour job maximum. If your work is good we have other small projects at the house.

Recently painted the house white and some paint got on the ground accidentally. Need this removed . Please note gurney doesn’t remove it. It’s water based house paint. Need own tools. It’s also on fly screen and stained glass.
