Initially door was attempted to be patched up and sanded then later to be painted but person who damaged it never completed the job ..pictures show prior how draws had banged door damaging it.Three years ago architraves and doors were enameled painted in white now they look yellow ..your expertise will advise me if it needs to be painted in white again so it will yellow in time or does it need paint matchup ? Kitchen lounge room and entrance

Deck is well weathered and needs a really good sand. All screws are counter sunk. I would imaging a floor sander would work best. Deck is attached to house so edges need to be done too. Deck is about 18 months old and had 2 coats of oil on about a year ago. I've attached a photo of the deck to see the size.
